This is the most popular way of building. Whether you are working within the constraints of a tight budget or looking to construct an estate home, we can help tailor the cost of your home to meet your financial needs.

Our pricing is done by the quantity take off system. Each home is broken down piece by piece. This gives you a true cost approach. We have found that the "square foot pricing" works well on track homes and "repeaters", but on a custom level, there is no magic number that can cover overall cost. All houses should fall in a general price range per square foot, but extremes of landscaping, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, cabinets, etc. can upset the formula. We've found this price system a fair way to total cost and show the buyer where the costs are.
